Carpenter - Trimmer

JOB SUMMARY 

This carpentry position works on the inside of building structures, in our facility, installing millwork and inside trimming.

JOB HOURS

  • Monday – Thursday:  6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday:  6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Overtime available

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Install millwork and trim in new construction homes & buildings including but not limited to rosettes, baseboard trim, window trim, inside & outside corners.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS

  • Carpenter trimmer/finishing job experience.
  • Knowledge in operating tools required to perform job duties.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math.
  • Skill in lifting and moving materials, 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to be on feet continuously throughout the day.
  • Work independently and as a team member. 
  • Attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:  Trimming/finishing carpentry experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
